RULES AND REGULATIONS

THE SERIOUS STUFF
1. Contest opens 19th Oct and closes on 4th Nov, however, contestants must upload their Photo and signal entry by posting “I’m an Xplorer” on the XYQ Facebook page by 28th Oct. Results will be released on 6th Nov.

2. Contest is open to all youth aged 12 - 30 from Calvary Assembly of God – however, to enter, you must be a fan of the “Home of the XYQers” Facebook Page (thereafter referred to as the “XYQ FB”). The Main Camp Committee and XYQ Youth Committee may participate, but will be eligible only for the consolation prizes.

3. Youth competing will still have to pay a deposit for their Youth Camp fees. The discount will come into effect on the 6th Nov, when youth pay for their camp fee in full.

4. Their Display Picture must be uploaded by Oct 28th, and must remain for the duration of the contest; else they will not qualify for the prizes. The Display picture must include the Camp Logo.

5. Contestants may change their Display Picture through the contest, but only if it continues the theme (i.e. they are still in explorer gear), and still has the Camp Logo. Such effort will be taken into consideration by our judges.

6. Contestants may wish to collaborate, e.g. take a group photo or video. However, in the event that the group is chosen as a winner, only one member will receive the prize. (Of course, you can share it!) We will take this into consideration on the part of effort.

7. Contestants may upload multiple entries for “Live it!” These will be factored into effort. However, only the latest entry will be judged for creativity and popularity.

8. These Rules and Regulations may be changed at the discretion of the committee. Any such changes will be made known on the XYQ Facebook page and the Camp Blog immediately.

9. The winners will have their photos taken and uploaded to Facebook!
